We are pleased to announce the offering by RHBIB of up to 35,000,000 non-collateralised European-style cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of DNEX by way of market making. The DNEX-C20 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The DNEX-C20 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 19 October 2022. The DNEX-C20 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 21 October 2022 and the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 17 February 2023.
The salient terms of the DNEX-C20 are set out in the attachment.
