The Board of Directors of AHB (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company intends to vary the utilisation of proceeds raised from the issuance of up to 600,000,000 2%-cumulative redeemable convertible preference shares in the Company (“RCPS”) at the issue price of RM0.10 per RCPS, further details of which are set out in the circular to shareholders of the Company (“Shareholders”) dated 20 January 2023 ("RCPS Issuance”) ("Variation”).
