The Closing Price of RM16.8017 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of PETGAS shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than PETGAS-CZ's Exercise Price of RM17.00, holders of PETGAS-CZ will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised PETGAS-CZ will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the PETGAS-CZ shall terminate absolutely.
