Mr. Kho Soon Kheng is a Chartered Accountant (Malaysia) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
Mr. Kho started his career with Ernst & Young, an international accounting firm and he has over 15 years of professional experience in audit, tax, corporate assurance and recovery, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, receivers and managers, corporate restructuring for private and public listed corporations and across diversified industries. His last position was Senior Audit Manager.
Mr. Kho joined Malaysian International Merchant Bankers Berhad in 1996 as Corporate Finance Manager.  He involved in banking, corporate finance and Malaysian capital markets.
In 1998, he was employed as the group financial controller and company secretary for a local and foreign owned group of companies involved in the manufacturing of metal-based products.
In 2003, he joined OMG Electronic Chemicals (M) Sdn. Bhd., a high technology specialty chemicals manufacturer and a wholly owned subsidiary of OM Group Inc, USA, a public corporation listed in the NYSE. As a Chief Financial Officer, he was responsible for strategy planning, business development, corporate governance, information technology, risk management, financial management, internal controls and compliance. Mr. Kho was trained in USA as an SAP Project Manager and Administrator.
Mr. Kho completed the compliance requirement training on Sarbanes Oxley Act of the United States of America and he also completed his ISO training particularly in areas of Quality Management & Environmental Management.  
He acted as a Groups resources in providing financial and business management services in the areas of business acquisitions and mergers, international taxation, supply chain management, business continuity, risk and contingency and disaster recovery management, SAP projects as well as information technology support to various global operations.
