On behalf of the Board, MIDF Amanah Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the sealed copy of the High Court Order dated 17 April 2023 has been lodged with the Registrar of Companies on 5 May 2023. Accordingly, the resolution for the SCR as confirmed by the High Court Order has taken effect on 5 May 2023 pursuant to section 116(6) of the Act.
The settlement of the SCR Offer Price to the Entitled Shareholders will be effected on 12 May 2023.
