Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 1 December 2022 in relation to the Application to Strike-Off Dormant Subsidiary of the Company.
The Board of Directors of SMIS wishes to announce that the strike off application of Exsilio Pte. Ltd. (“Exsilio”) has been approved by the Company Registrar of Singapore, Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority. Accordingly, the name of Exsilio has been struck off from the register and cease to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of SMIS.
