The Board of Directors of PASDEC (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company (“Vendor”) had on 16 March 2023 entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) with SPAC Sdn. Bhd. (“SPAC” or “Purchaser”) for the disposal of the entire equity interest comprising of 3,250,000 ordinary shares (“Sale Shares”) held by PASDEC in Pasdec-Mega Sdn. Bhd. (“Pasdec Mega”) to SPAC, upon such terms and conditions contained in the Agreement (“Proposed Disposal”).
