We refer to our first announcement dated 11 October 2019 and the subsequent monthly announcements in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A (2b) of the Listing Requirements ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of Anzo wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has vide its letter dated 13 February 2023, granted the Company a further extension of time until 30 April 2023 to submit the regularization plan to Bursa Securities, subject to the appointment of a Principal Adviser by the Company on or before 13 March 2023.

The Company has approximately 2 months to submit its regularization plan to the relevant authorities for approval and will make further announcements in relation to any latest development in accordance with the requirements under Paragraph 8.03A of the MMLR.
