Reference is made to the First Announcement made on 11 January 2018 and the monthly announcements made by the Company in relation to the Company being classified as a Practice Note 17 (“PN 17”) Issuer pursuant to the requirements under PN17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements (collectively referred to as “Announcements”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”).

(Unless otherwise stated, the words and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.)

On 27 January 2023, the Board of Directors of CAP has executed the relevant documents for the disposal of the entire equity interest in CAP HK to Encik Abdul Halim Bin Suri for a cash consideration of HK$1,000 on an “as-is” basis.

Upon completion of the disposal of CAP HK, CAP is a single entity with no business operations and is not expected to result in CAP becoming a Cash Company.

The Company will make the necessary announcements on the regularisation plan in accordance with the requirements under PN17 of the Main LR in due course.

This announcement serves as the monthly announcement required under Paragraph 4.1(c) of PN17 of the Main LR.
