The Board of FCW had on 15 December 2022 approved the change of the Company's financial year end ("FYE") from 30 June to 31 March. The next financial year pursuant to the change shall be for a nine-month period commencing from 1 July 2022 to 31 March 2023. Thereafter, the subsequent financial years shall end on 31 March every year. The main reason for the Company's change in FYE is to coincide with the FYE of its 50%-owned joint venture company involving in the business of property development.
