We wish to announce that DRBHCOMC2H expired at 5.00 p.m. on 30 November 2022 ("Expiry Date"). The Cash Settlement Amount is as follows:
Cash Settlement Amount = Number of DRBHCOMC2H x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of DRBHCOMC2H x (RM1.4148 - RM1.30) x (1/1.5)
= Number of DRBHCOMC2H x RM0.0765
The Closing Price of RM1.4148 was determined based on the arithmetic mean of daily volume weighted average market price of DRBHCOM shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day on the Expiry Date.
The Cash Settlement Amount shall be made by way of cheque or such other mode as may be approved by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and determined by us, within 7 market days from the Expiry Date. The cheques will be delivered to holders of DRBHCOMC2H by ordinary post.
