Cumulative preferential dividend of 5% per annum on a cumulative basis on the Issue Price of the Redeemable Cumulative Convertible Preference Shares (RCCPS) during the tenure of the RCCPS for the period from 27 November 2019 to 27 November 2022 (both dates inclusive).

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend” as from: 17 Nov 2022
2)  The last date of lodgment : 18 Nov 2022
3)  Date Payable : 25 Nov 2022

Remarks :-

The dividend above refers to the cumulative preferential dividend of 5% per annum based on the Issue Price of the RCCPS for the past 3 years to 27 November 2022 which will be paid on Friday, 25 November 2022 (being the Market Day immediately preceding the Maturity Date).
