The Board of Directors of Securemetric Berhad (“Securemetric” or “Company”) wishes to announce that the Company had on 5 September 2022 entered into a share sale and purchase agreement with Leong Wei Ping for the purchase of 250,000 Series A Preferred Shares representing 5% of the total issued share capital of ACE Digital Revolution Group Limited (File Entity No. SG-391932) for a total cash consideration of RM4,000,000.
