We refer to the Company’s announcements on 16 January 2020, 21 April 2020, 28 July 2020, 24 November 2020, 16 February 2021, 1 June 2021, 26 August 2021, 30 November 2021, 25 February 2022 and 30 May 2022 pertaining to the Memorandum of Understanding entered with Joget, Inc towards a strategic partnership to develop technological solutions by utilising cross-technology innovation between themselves. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcement shall apply herein.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that both parties are still negotiating on the terms of the cross-technology collaboration agreement. Any material development will be announced accordingly.
