On behalf of the Board of Directors of Cloudaron, Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd (“Mercury Securities”) wishes to inform that Mercury Securities shall cease to act as the Continuing Adviser of the Company with effect from 1 April 2021 upon the Company successfully complied with Rule 3.12(1) of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) whereby an applicant must secure and maintain the services of a Continuing Adviser for at least 3 full financial years after its admission to the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities.
