Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals.

 

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 28 August 2025, 29 August 2025, 1 October 2025, 3 February 2026, 1 April 2026, 2 April 2026, 12 May 2026, 26 May 2026, 1 July 2026, 21 July 2026, 31 July 2026, 28 August 2026, 1 September 2026 and the Circular dated 17 October 2025.

 

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that, as stipulated in the Bursa Securities' Withdrawal Approval Letter dated 28 August 2026:

 

1. The trading in RedPlanet Shares on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities will be suspended one market day before the date of allotment of the new RedPlanet Shares to be issued pursuant to the Listing until the completion of the Listing; and

 

2. The effective date of suspension shall be from 19 October 2026 onwards.
