The Board of Directors of AYSV wishes to announce that its investment company, 3HA Capital Pte. Ltd. ("3HA Capital") had, on 7 September 2026, completed a capital reduction exercise involving a reduction of its paid-up capital by SGD66,560,885.23 and the credit to be effected by transfer of 261,360,097 shares in CosmoSteel Holdings Pte Ltd from 3HA Capital to the shareholders of 3HA Capital ("Capital Reduction").
