The Board of Directors' ("Board") wishes to announce that PEOPLElogy Discovery Sdn Bhd ("PEOPLElogy Discovery" or "Vendor"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 26 June 2026 entered into a Share Sale Agreement ("SSA") with Theophilus Wong Ming Ming ("Theophilus" or "Purchaser") in relation to the disposal of the entire 30% equity shares held in Fish Camp Learning Sdn Bhd ("Fish Camp"), for a total consideration of RM500,000.00 ("Proposed Disposal").
