The Board of Directors of KRB ("Board") wishes to announce that the Company and M&A Securities Sdn Bhd ("M&A Securities") had mutually agreed that M&A Securities will cease to act as the Company's Sponsor with effect from 29 June 2026.
 

For information purposes, M&A Securities had fulfilled its role as Sponsor to KRB for at least 1 full financial year following the admission of KRB to the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 29 May 2024.
In replacement thereof, UOB Kay Hian (M) Sdn Bhd has been appointed as the replacement Sponsor of the Company with effect from 29 June 2026.
