We refer to the Company's announcement on 22 April 2026. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the previous announcement.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Messrs. UHY Malaysia PLT, having consented to act as Auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, has been appointed as the Auditors of the Company and shall hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
