Reference is made to the Company's First Announcement dated 1 March 2022 and the subsequent monthly announcements relating to PN17 (“Announcements”).
The terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.
As announced on 2 December 2025, Bursa Securities had granted the Company an extension of time until 28 February 2026 for the Company to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities. In relation thereto, the Company has approximately two (2) months to submit its regularisation plan to Bursa Securities for approval to implement the same.
The Company will make the necessary announcement regarding the development of the proposed regularisation plan accordingly.
