On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd has vide its letter dated 30 December 2025, confirmed that all the IRIS Shares have been transferred to IRIS Group Berhad. New IGB Shares will be duly credited to the central depository system (CDS) accounts of the Entitled Shareholders on 5 January 2026. The notices of allotment have been despatched to the Entitled Shareholders on 2 January 2026.

IGB will be admitted to the Official List of Bursa Securities in place of IRIS and the listing of and quotation for IGB’s entire issued share capital comprising 815,727,626 IGB Shares on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities will commence at 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 7 January 2026, on a “Ready” basis pursuant to the Listing Requirements. The IGB Shares will be listed on the “Technology” sector of the ACE Market of Bursa Securities.

The stock short name, stock code and ISIN code of IGB Shares are “IRIS”, “0010” and “MYQ0010OO007”, respectively.

Kindly be advised that IGB Shares are prescribed securities, and as such all dealings in the aforesaid securities shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Securities Industry (Central Depositories) Act, 1991 and the Rules of Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd.
