The Abridged Prospectus together with the Notice of Provisional Allotment and Rights Subscription Form in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants (collectively, the "Documents") will only be despatched to the shareholders of HYB whose names appear in HYB's Record of Depositors as at 5.00 p.m. on Monday, 3 October 2022 ("Entitlement Date") at their address in Malaysia or who have provided the Share Registrar with an address in Malaysia in writing by 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date.
