latest report stated that topglove has around 11600 employees. out of these, let say 60% are currently earning minimum pay of rm1500, that would be 6960 employees going to get rm200 raise. that would mean around rm1.392 mil. RM4 mil ++ additional cost per quarter. not a big amount for a rm1 bil revenue per quarter.
