之前有一个宣布大概是说axiata发出债务要约，基本就是要买回它在2050年到期的债务，这项发布释放出的信息大概就是说axiata买回债务之后，债务降低了，每年要给的债务利息也跟着变低，主要还是比较正面的消息吧。。。
