good developer indeed. its prop all in good workmanship & its boss also really think of the good lifestyle living in their development. but cons is the price abit more expensive compare to market . Novum @ Bangsar south, Parc 3 @ Maluri both are Good. buy for own stay defenitely good , but investment wise not much meat left to investor. haha
