We refer to the announcement dated 28 October 2022 in relation to the Proposed SCR.
On behalf of the Board, MIDF Investment wishes to announce that the Board had on 25 November 2022 written to the Board of Directors of JLG to request for an extension of time to 7 December 2022 for DBHD to respond to JLG on its decision as to whether or not to table the Proposed SCR to the Entitled Shareholders of DBHD for their consideration and approval (“Extension of Time”).
On even date, the Board of Directors of JLG has agreed to grant DBHD the Extension of Time. Save for the Extension of Time, all other terms and conditions as stated in the Proposal Letter remain unchanged.
