As announced by the Company on 21 October 2022 and 25 October 2022, the Company has changed its financial year end from 30 June to 31 December ("Change of FYE"). The Change of FYE is to facilitate smooth flow of the financial reporting of the Group.
Hence, the next set of audited financial statements shall be made up from 1 July 2021 to 31 December 2022 covering a period of 18 months and subsequently, the financial year of the Company shall end on 31 December. |
