Remarks : 
The Board of Directors of Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to declare a Second Interim Single-Tier Dividend of 1.0 sen per ordinary share ("Interim Dividend") in respect of the financial year ending 31 January 2023. The Interim Dividend will be paid on 25 October 2022 and the entitlement date for the Interim Dividend is 12 October 2022.
