1. The proposed payment of the First and Final single tier dividend in specie is subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Twentieth Annual General Meeting of the Company.
2. Holders of Warrant B (2015/2020) are reminded to lodge their subscription forms and subscription monies for conversion of warrants into new ordinary shares of the Company with the Company's Share Registrar by 5.00 p.m. on or before 20 July 2020 to qualify for the above dividend entitlement.
3. Holders of Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares ("RCPS") are reminded to lodge their subscription forms for conversion of RCPS into new ordinary shares of the Company with the Company's Share Registrar by 5.00 p.m. on or before 20 July 2020 to qualify for the above dividend entitlement. |
