On 30 November 2020, the Board of Directors of BIMB Holdings Berhad ("BHB") ("Board") declared an interim single tier dividend of 12.60 sen per ordinary share in BHB ("BHB Share(s)") for the financial year ending 31 December 2020 ("Interim Dividend"). The Board had also determined that the dividend reinvestment plan ("DRP") will apply to the entire Interim Dividend which will provide the shareholders of BHB with the option to reinvest the Interim Dividend in new BHB Shares. On behalf of the Board, Alliance Investment Bank Berhad had on 8 December 2020 announced the issue price for the new BHB Shares to be issued pursuant to the implementation of the DRP in respect of the Interim Dividend has been fixed at RM3.37 per BHB Share. This announcement is dated 8 December 2020. |
