The Warrants will be credited into the central depository system accounts of the entitled shareholders of VCB ("Entitled Shareholders") and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the Entitled Shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors of VCB in due course. Entitled Shareholders are not required to take any action.
The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") within 2 market days after the receipt of the quotation application by Bursa Securities.
