Pursuant to the Circular dated 28 August 2019 on the proposed disposal of controlling equity interests in Paramount Education Sdn Bhd, Paramount Education (Klang) Sdn Bhd and Sri KDU Sdn Bhd, a sum of RM177.0 million from the indicative disposal consideration was allocated for distribution to shareholders by way of a special cash dividend. This special dividend has been approved by the Board of Directors of Paramount Corporation Berhad on this 28 February 2020 for the above purpose. |
