On 26 February 2021, RHB Bank had proposed a Final Dividend of RM0.0765 in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2020. Further, the Board had in the same announcement on the proposed Final Dividend also announced that the shareholders of RHB Bank shall be given an option to elect to reinvest the entire Final Dividend into DRP Shares.
Following the above, on behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the issue price of the DRP Shares has been fixed today at RM4.61 per DRP Share.
