The Warrants will be credited into the central depository system accounts of the entitled shareholders of SLHGB ("Entitled Shareholders") and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the Entitled Shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors of SLHGB in due course.
The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad at a listing date to be determined.
