The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the *Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 11 January 2021, being the next market day after the Entitlement Date.
Greatech Technology's share registrar is expected to issue and despatch the notices of allotment for the Bonus Shares to the entitled shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of Greatech Technology on the Entitlement Date within four (4) market days after the date the Bonus Shares are listed and quoted on the *Main Market of Bursa Securities.
*Securities Commission Malaysia and Bursa Securities had, vide their letters dated 15 December 2020 and 21 December 2020 respectively, approved the transfer of the listing of and quotation for the entire issued share capital of the Company from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Securities ("Transfer"). The date of Transfer has been fixed on 28 December 2020.
