The abridged prospectus, together with the Notice of Provisional Allotment and the Rights Subscription Form relating to the Rights Issue with Warrants (collectively referred to as the "Documents") will only be despatched to the shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Company's record of depositors as at 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 8 December 2020 ("Entitlement Date") ("Entitled Shareholders") and who have a registered address in Malaysia or who have provided the Share Registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd, with an address in Malaysia in writing by 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date. Entitled Shareholders who do not have a registered address in Malaysia and wish to provide their Malaysian address, should inform their respective stockbrokers or Share Registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd, to effect the change of address by the Entitlement Date.
The Documents are not intended to be (and will not be) issued, circulated, distributed in any countries or jurisdictions other than Malaysia. No action has or will be taken to ensure that the Rights Issue with Warrants and the Documents comply with the law of any countries or jurisdictions other than the laws of Malaysia.
Holders of outstanding Warrants A who wish to be entitled to the Rights Issue with Warrants should exercise their Warrants A by lodging their duly completed Warrants A exercise forms together with the relevant exercise subscription monies with the Share Registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd, on or before 5.00 p.m. on 27 November 2020. This is to enable their names to appear on the Company's Record of Depositors by 5.00 p.m. on 8 December 2020.
