The abridged prospectus, together with the rights subscription form and the notice of provisional allotment relating to the Rights Issue of Shares with Warrants (collectively referred to as the "Documents") will only be despatched to the shareholders of the Company who have registered addresses in Malaysia and whose names appear in the Company's Record of Depositors as at the Entitlement Date ("Entitled Shareholders"). Entitled Shareholders who do not have a registered address in Malaysia and wish to provide their Malaysian address, should inform their respective stockbrokers or Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd to effect the change of address by the Entitlement Date.
The Documents are not intended to be (and will not be) issued, circulated or distributed in any countries or jurisdictions other than Malaysia.
