The Abridged Prospectus together with the Notice of Provisional Allotment and Rights Subscription Form in relation to the Rights Issue with Free Warrants (collectively, the "Documents") will only be despatched to the shareholders of Digistar whose names appear in Digistar's Record of Depositors as at 5.00 p.m. on 3 May 2021 ("Entitlement Date") at their address in Malaysia or who have provided the Share Registrar with an address in Malaysia in writing by 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date.
The Documents are not intended to be (and will not be) issued, circulated or distributed in countries or jurisdictions other than Malaysia. No action has been or will be taken to ensure that the Rights Issue with Free Warrants and the Documents comply with the laws of any countries or jurisdictions other than the laws of Malaysia.
Holders of the outstanding Warrants 2013/2023 who wish to be entitled to the Rights Issue with Free Warrants shall exercise their rights to subscribe for new Digistar Shares by lodging their duly completed conversion exercise forms together with the relevant subscription monies with Digistar's share registrar on or before 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 20 April 2021 such that their names will appear on the Record of Depositors as at 5:00 p.m. on 3 May 2021.
