KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 28): Inta Bina Group Bhd has bagged a RM160.62 million construction contract for the proposed development of Sunway Artessa condominium in Wangsa Maju, here.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia on Friday, Inta Bina said its wholly-owned Inta Bina Sdn Bhd has accepted the letter of award from Sunway Artessa Sdn Bhd (formerly Sunway Avila Sdn Bhd) for the project's main building works.

The 33-month contract involves the construction of a 47-storey apartment (468 units) with four levels of car park and a developer unit at the rooftop.

The group intends to finance the contract using internal funds and/or external borrowings, it said.

Inta Bina's share price settled 1.85% or half a sen higher at 27.5 sen on Friday, bringing it a market capitalisation of RM147.2 million.
