交易所驳延迟提交重组世霸动力面临828除牌

（吉隆坡16日讯）世霸动力（SERBADK,5279,主板能源组）申请延迟提交重组计划遭被大马交易所拒绝，将于8月28日除牌，除非该公司在8月23日之前提出上诉。

世霸动力周三（16日）发文告指出，根据第上市条例8.04(5)提问，该集团将在8月24日起停牌／继续停牌，并在28日除牌。不过该公司目前已经暂停交易，最后挂价2仙。
