EBITAD 420 mil. it actually recovered. interest rates minor, but maybe depreciation and amortisation drag on net profit. its OK as long term is good. they can pay less tax

Theme park 或许就是新的资产，造成更多的折旧（amortisation/depreciation）

如愿完工的同时，capex 因依靠贷款borrowing 导致finance cost的提升

如楼上所言，genm 的ebitad 是可观的，至少看到造血能力的归来（没有赚钱哪来更好的现金流），genting berhad 的ebitad 也是positive （无奈需要缴纳cukai makmur）造成更大的亏损。

接下来就是依靠国门开放吸引更多遊客到来，（大家可否知道过去pre covid平均每天超过100辆旅行bus 上云顶），如果对此有信心就stay invested吧，不然的话。。。就问自己当初为什么要投资uncle lim了。。
