The Board of Directors of MNHB wishes to announce that MN Power Transmission Sdn Bhd (“MNPTSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 7 February 2023 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with IPIE for the purpose of collaboration in carrying out potential OPERATIONAL TECHNOLOGY (OT) CYBER SECURITY projects in Malaysia (“Proposal”).

(IPIE and MNPTSB, shall hereinafter referred to collectively as “Parties” and individually as “Party”)

The collaboration between the Parties can be divided into 5 market segment:-

(a) Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) & Subsidiaries

(b) Sarawak Energy Berhad (SEB)

(c) Sabah Electricity Berhad (SESB)

(d) Independent Power Plant (IPP)

(e) Solar & Battery Power Plant
