On behalf of the Board of Directors of Artroniq (“Board”), Malacca Securities Sdn. Bhd. (“Malacca Securities”) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the following:-
(i) private placement of up to 65,659,400 ordinary shares in Artroniq, representing 20.0% of the total number of issued shares of Artroniq ("Proposed Private Placement"); and
(ii) diversification of the existing principal activities of Artroniq and its subsidiaries to include electronic bicycles assembly and manufacturing business ("Proposed Diversification").
